Zen2 Inc. (“Zen2”, “we”) operates zen2.ai. The short version: we collect only what you send us, we use it only to respond to you, and we don’t sell or share it. The details are below.
What we collect
The only personal information Zen2 collects is what you choose to share through the contact form: your name, email address, company, the service you are interested in, budget range, timeline, reference links, and your description of what success looks like.
We use it for exactly one purpose — to understand your project and respond to you. No marketing lists, no automated profiling, and your information is never sold or shared for advertising.
How inquiries are handled
Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox as email via Resend, our email delivery provider, and you receive a confirmation copy at the address you provided. Your inquiry then lives in ordinary business correspondence — nowhere else.
If you book a call through cal.com, the details you enter there are handled under Cal.com’s own privacy policy.
Analytics & cookies
This site uses Vercel Analytics, a privacy-friendly service that reports aggregate page views and performance. It does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not build personal profiles.
The site itself sets no tracking cookies.
Retention & your rights
Inquiry emails are kept only as long as they are useful as business correspondence. You can ask us at any time to show you, correct, or delete anything you have sent us — email info@zen2.ai and we will take care of it.
Third-party services
Three services process data on our behalf: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Resend (email delivery), and Cal.com (call scheduling). Each processes only what is necessary for its function, under its own privacy policy.
AI & automated agents
Zen2 publishes machine-readable versions of this site (index.md, llms.txt) so AI agents can read it accurately. Per the Content-Signal declaration in our robots.txt, site content may be used as AI input and cited in answers, but we decline its use for model training.
